You would be working with a small team of dedicated teaching and support staff who are all committed to making our young people feel safe and values within our school community as with this sense of belonging comes a natural curiosity which can be developed into a lifelong love of learning.
We look for energetic and enthusiastic individuals with a good academic ability or vocational knowledge that can help inspire and motivate our young people and form good healthy relationships with them and provide strong role modelling.
It is an energetic and often fun place to work it can be demanding and therefore we offer all our staff support and access to an Employee Assistance Programme that offers a variety of services and advice. Training is also available in SEN and behaviour management and the Thrive Approach for those who wish to develop those skills.
We are also members of Cyclescheme which offers assistance when purchasing a bike for work.
We are currently in the process of becoming accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer and all directly paid salaries are at/above the Real Living Wage.
